No. Delegation is non-custodial: your tokens stay in your own wallet and are never transferred to CertiK. You delegate only the validation rights, and you can withdraw according to each network's unbonding rules.
Commission rates vary by network. Current per-network rates are published alongside live validator data on Staking Hub.
